ELECTRICAL PLANNING DOWN TO THE LAST DETAIL.
Many regulations and specifications must be observed in the electrical planning phase. In Germany these include the TRBF (Technical regulations for flammable liquids), VAwS (ordinance for facilities and companies handling hazardous products), WHG (water resource management act), VDE standards and environmental regulations.
Electrical planning of explosion protected plants as well as calculation and interpretation of instrument technologies with a SIL (SAFETY INTEGRITY LEVEL) classification requires special demands.
Using the latest CAE and CAD planning tools – such as PLANEDS, EPLAN and AutoCad – we specify suitable sensors and actuators, provide layout and planning of the low-voltage switchgear and draw up the assembly documentation for field and control room cabling. The fieldbus technologies we use include Profibus-DP/PA/FMS, AS-i or Interbus-S.
